Mr. Will Dixon graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Juris Doctorate in Law. He served eight years as an admissions officer in the Duke University Office of Undergraduate Admissions, where he evaluated thousands of admissions applications as well as managed and trained admissions staff. During his time at Duke, Mr. Dixon not only gained extensive familiarity with the process of elite college admissions but also developed lasting professional relationships with colleagues across the college admissions industry.

In 2015, Mr. Dixon joined the management team of ZMN International Education Consulting LTD., where he established “best practices” standards, set performance goals and managed over 500 education counselors in 17 cities throughout China. In 2017, as Vice President of PuXin LTD, he worked with the management team to take the education company public on the New York Stock Exchange in June 2018.

Mr. Dixon’s experience as an education consultant in China is reflected in his record of excellent results for students seeking admission to some of the most elite schools in the United States, including those in the Ivy League. In 2019 and 2020, his students were admitted to Harvard, Yale, Stanford, Columbia, Duke, University of California Berkeley, University of Virginia and the University of Michigan, among others.
