Mr. Chen is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, and he attended its Owner/President Management Program from 2011 to 2013. He is also a member of the Board of Advisors of the School of Education and Social Policy, Northwestern University, and he founded ZMN Education.

In addition, Mr. Chen is the founder and CEO of IC Education, which builds private schools and programs focusing on bilingual and cross-cultural education K-12 students. IC Education utilizes the individualized cross-cultural (IC) curriculum, which was developed by Mr. Chen and other educational experts. His goal is to help every student thrive both as an individual and as a global citizen.
