The objective of our activity program is to allow students to partner with an industry mentor to research, deliver and present on a subject that is highly valued within the academic industry. Our mentor for the activity program has several years of experience working for Fortune 500 companies and other renowned organizations.
Through this program, students will gain practical experience in researching, writing, and presenting their research in a structured and professional manner. Our industry mentor will provide feedback, via revisions, throughout the entire process to ensure that the project stays on track. Once complete, students may submit their research report as part of their application package for their dream school and add it to their resume as well.

Activity Program Process
- Student will complete a personal assessment with the results being evaluated by the mentor.
- Student will choose a research topic based upon their industry of interest.
- Student and mentor will finalize the research project’s action plan and timelines.
- Student will provide progress reports to their mentor on a regular basis.
- Mentor will provide guidance and feedback in a timely manner.
- Student will complete their research report, presentation document, and prepare for their presentation.
- Mentor to evaluate their students research report and presentation and provide letter of recommendation.
