Ms. Yu-Fei Sophia Shi has more than 30 years of leadership management experience in various industries, including international trade, banking, business attractions and hospitality. She’s the Managing Partner of StoneBridge Consulting Company, which provides operational excellence support for local Chinese companies.

Among other roles, she’s previously worked as the Director of the Office of International Trade and Business Attractions in New Jersey in the United States. She also served as the Director for the Wyndham Hotel Group in Training, Quality Assurance and Organizational Development for the Asia-Pacific region, where she was well-known as Wyndham’s “Ambassador” to China.

She combines her considerable experience in the service industry with a passion for superior customer service to everything she does.
